Olivia Lusher (she/her) is a longtime native of northeast Indiana and has spent her entire career in the non-profit sector.
As an area executive, Olivia focuses on outreach opportunities for the community, and her work with Petra helps to ensure that underserved and underrepresented populations receive access to opportunities and resources beyond the scope of her full time work where she is serving our community.
Olivia has two children, Carter (17) and Bell (12) and lives in NE Indiana.
Lauren Caggiano is a Fort Wayne-based copywriter, marketer and French translator. A 2007 graduate of the University of Dayton, she holds a bachelor’s degree in French and Journalism.
She’s the founder of WriteOn, which helps small businesses and nonprofits raise awareness and grow their brands. She volunteers for several causes in the community and enjoys seeing Northeast Indiana develop into a thriving region.
Angie Carnes brings to the Petra Solutions team a number of skills, with a focus on editing and organization. As a former fundraising coordinator at a small non-profit, Angie secured operating funds through grants, special event planning, and donor solicitation. Angie also has experience with project management and staffing support for a woman owned business. For the past 13 years, she has worked in a public school setting. Her roles have included substitute teacher, elementary librarian, and currently as a secretary to both the special education and preschool programs. Her diverse experiences will allow her to support our work in many ways, but primarily as a content editor.
Honour Harlowe is a New York City-based grantwriter and fundraiser and has over eight years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University.
Before joining Petra Solutions, Honour has worked with organizations such as New York City's largest hospital system, the Mount Sinai Hospital System, as well as Ronald McDonald House New York, and Hartwick College. She has secured gifts for these organizations from the Robin Hood Foundation, the Cigna Foundation, and PetSmart.
Her work with Petra is designed to provide assistance to nonprofits who seek to maintain and expand their grant programs in order to fund their worthy missions.
